Your team is 12 people and you are ten minutes from where we teach, so there is nothing to calculate. One session, one fee, quoted below. It covers the instructor, a curriculum built around your five focus areas, all materials, setup, and travel to your campus.
None at all, and most have none. Nobody performs alone in the workshop, nobody is dragged up in front of the room, and every exercise is built so a brand new hire and a twenty-year veteran get the same amount out of it. The people who tell me beforehand that they are not funny are reliably the ones who end up running the room.
Two hours is the format we run, and it is the one I can stand behind. A group of 12 hits its peak somewhere in the second hour: the nerves are gone, people are taking real risks, and the exercises are landing. Two hours gets you there with the energy still up rather than stretching past it. If your team wants more, the better answer is a second session later in the year, not a longer first one.
Yes, and that is a deliberate design constraint, not a promise we make and hope. The material is HR-conscious and stays consistent with your brand. If there are topics you want off the table, tell me up front and they are off the table.
On your campus, in whatever room you can clear the chairs out of. No AV and no setup needed on your end. If you would rather get the team off site, we also teach at the Ice House in Pasadena, the oldest comedy club in the country, and the venue there is passed through at cost with no markup.
We do. We also produce private stand-up showcases, where your own team writes their own material with us and performs it on the Ice House stage in a single day. It is the most memorable thing we do, and it is a bigger lift. Happy to walk you through it once we have got your team in a room.
